Our acquisition team uses our private fund to purchase a high volume of single family properties each month in select areas of the Cleveland metro for the purpose of long term rental holding and continuously seeking new opportunities.

Renovation & Maintenance

Our renovation and maintenance teams specialize in renovating our purchased properties to a high standard and maintaining our property portfolio. We also offer renovation and maintenance services to external clients through our expert teams including rental renovation, fix-and-flip projects and ongoing maintenance.

Property Management

The management division manages the large portfolio of our rental properties, all of which are renovated and maintained to the highest standards, ensuring an exceptional living experience for our tenants.

Holds a Master’s degree in Business and has been a practicing lawyer since 2011. With 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, currently serving as CEO and CFO, while also overseeing the Acquisitions Department.
